My name is Jean Philippe, I am still active and I love Provence.
I enjoy this pretty villa that I maintain all year round, particularly because it is located close to the Nans Les Pins Golf Course.
Land and Sea mingle in this place that I love, you will be welcomed by a couple of guards at the entrance to the Park who will provide you with all the advice you need for your stay.

Explanation of prices

If, for any reason, the tenant is able or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must inform the host immediately. Notification by telephone must always be followed by written confirmation (by email) to the host. If the tenant cancels the contract up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will be liable to 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks, 40% and from 2 weeks until the start of the rental period, 50%. If the tenant informs the host only on the start date or during the duration of the rental the rental that he will no longer use the rented object, the entire rental price is due.

A paradise for children!
If you come with small children who cannot swim yet, we can place this fence around the pool. There is also a small paddling pool for the little ones.
Sillans-la-Cascade is not a big village, but it definitely exudes the authentic Provencal atmosphere. Bakery Les Pins is located 700 from the house. You can walk here from the garden.
Sillans-la-Cascade is known for the waterfall (The French word Cascade means waterfall). The waterfall can be reached on foot from the house via a path at the bottom of the garden. It is a bit of climbing and clambering to get to the most beautiful places. The Blue Lagoon of the Var.
Restaurants, cozy squares, Provencal markets. Everything is nearby. For example, the villages of Cotignac, Aups, Bauduen, TourTour and Lorgues are very nice to visit.
Only a 35-minute drive from the Gorges-du-Verdon
The house is located in the Parc Naturel Régional du Verdon just a half hour drive from the Lac de Saint Croix.
The plot is 4300 m2. It is located on the D22, but because the driveway descends, the house is not visible from the road and you will not be bothered by traffic in and around the house.
