Villa Moulin

Villa Moulin is a unique renovated (olive) mill from around 1800. Many old details are still visible, such as the olive presses in the living room. The villa is approximately 200 m2 in size, has 3 bedrooms (1 of which is a family room), 4 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The villa has a garden of approximately 1000m2, parking for 2 to 3 cars and a private swimming pool (10m x 2m to 5m). The villa, partly located next to an olive grove, is in a residential area, less than 300 meters from the bakery and 500 meters from the center of Flayosc. The villa is ideally located for excursions such as the many beautiful wine chateaus with plenty of tasting options. There are also numerous well-known and lesser-known top restaurants in the many picturesque villages in the area. The villa is beautifully situated in the Côte d'Azur / Provence region, less than 40 kilometers from the Mediterranean coast and famous southern French seaside resorts such as St. Maxime, Fréjus, St. Raphaël. and St. Tropez.

Villa Moulin is located in the pleasant, typical southern French town of Flayosc. Here you will find a number of good bakeries, some (small) supermarkets, a quality butcher and a number of bars and good restaurants.

Downstairs:
Living room with comfortable seating area by the fireplace, flat screen with satellite TV, Dutch channels and DVD player. The spacious living-dining room also has French doors to the garden and patio terrace where there is also a storage room with toilet. The traditional kitchen with built-in appliances (dishwasher, hob and combination microwave). The very spacious kitchen also has a utility room. Senseo and Nespresso coffee makers available.

First floor:
Bedroom 1: double bed. Bedroom 2: double bed and single bed. Bedroom 3: double bed and also has a sofa bed. There is a spacious bathroom with bath and toilet.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels provided (for a fee). Washing machine available. Cot and high chair available. Additional cot/high chair available on request. Wireless internet and Sonos wireless box available. Electric WEBER barbecue available, as well as board games, toys, trampoline and table tennis table.

Air conditioning available in bedrooms.

Swimming pool heating can be used outside the months of July-August on request, costs 250 euros extra for switching on.
