Magnificent panoramic view over the valley and the city of Draguignan. Several terraces around the house, so you can always find a place in the shade.
The house is located 4 km from Ampus, a typical Provencal village with a bakery, a small supermarket and several restaurants.
Draguignan is 11 kilometers away for the larger supermarkets, shops, markets, restaurants and other entertainment.
Within 40 minutes you are on the Mediterranean Sea, with beaches at Fréjus or st Maxime. A trip to St Tropez or Cannes is all nearby. Nature lovers will also get their money's worth here. Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix are a short drive away. It is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, mountain bikers and anyone who loves rugged nature.
Property:
The living room is located on the 1st floor and is on the entrance level. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the valley. On this level is the kitchen, which is equipped with all conceivable appliances. (induction, combi microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge with freezer, espresso machine, Nespresso and filter coffee machine)
Then there is the living room with plenty of seating space and there is a television (chromecast) A large dining table with chairs completes the room.
Bedrooms
On the same level there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 1 bedroom has 1 bed. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
basement
Via a staircase outside (note, only accessible from the outside) you enter the basement where there is a lounge area with a lovely sofa and where there is also an x-box. A workspace with a large screen, if there is still work to be done. In addition, a wine room in which the washing machine is located with ironing board and iron. Also located here is the master bedroom, a large 2 person box spring, followed by a private large bathroom with walk-in shower and freestanding bath. This bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning.
Outside
Right next to the kitchen is a large terrace which is covered. Here is a large table with chairs in which it is especially wonderful to stay.
Also downstairs next to the basement is a large dining table with chairs. And here and there are several seating areas where you can enjoy the view.
Via the stairs next to the terrace of the kitchen, you walk up where a real petanque court has been built. The view from this place is also magical.
Swimming pool
This is located in the middle of a natural stone sun terrace. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available. The size of the pool is 10 x 4.5 meters and is an infinity pool. Total privacy guaranteed.
To top it all off, a Weber BBQ is at your disposal.
Because the house is located against a hill and there are differences in level, the house is less suitable for people who have difficulty walking, or small children.
