It brings you even closer to nature. We would like you to experience that living on the energy of the elements is possible while maintaining all comfort and convenience. We offer the luxury two-person apartment 'Hugo' here.

Maison Martens will open its doors from the 2025 summer season.

We are happy to share this beautiful place in Provence with enthusiastic people who, like us, have a warm heart for peace and life off-grid.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
