Residence "Villa Catherine", is located just outside the center of the Provencal village of Flayosc, we offer you two tastefully decorated Gîtes for 2 and/or 4 people. The Gîtes are located on the ground floor and offer you optimal privacy. The Gîtes have a lounge with fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with air conditioning and private bathroom. Private terraces with beautiful views. Near the swimming pool with lovely sun loungers there is a "Pool House" with a second fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ. etc. The Gîtes are rented including towels, bath towels, bed linen, energy, air conditioning and Chromecast TV (NL), free WiFi everywhere and a fenced area with large safe parking space.
The prices shown for a Gîtes are for a maximum of 2 people. (price for 4 people or more on request.) Residence "Villa Catherine" is a location for those seeking peace and quiet, so it is not suitable for adults with young children unless you rent the entire accommodation, then there is room for 6 people + please contact us for details. the possibilities.
Residence "Villa Catherine" is located in a very quiet area, a 7-minute walk from the picturesque village of Flayosc, which is one of the most beautiful villages in the south of France. If you like a walk, you can walk in the morning sun to the bakery for your fresh baguette or in the forest in the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices shown are for a 2-person apartment with 1 bedroom. Rental price for an apartment for 4 people on request. Rental period from June to September from Saturday to Saturday. Rent includes welcome drink, bed linen, towels, bath towels, kitchen utensils, air conditioning bedrooms, Chromecast T.V., WiFI everywhere, parking, internet, use of swimming pool with Pool House and outdoor kitchen and BBQ (2x).
Costs not too large dog 12.00 euros per day. Our Residence "Villa Catherine" is an accommodation for those seeking peace and quiet and therefore not so suitable for young children up to 15 years old. However, it is possible to rent the entire accommodation and then with younger children , the accommodation then consists of two salons each with a kitchen, a total of three bedrooms with air conditioning, three bathrooms with toilet, private use of the swimming pool with the summer kitchen, so you have the kingdom to yourself.... (total suitable for 6 people).

Flayosc, located in Provence, Var has a cozy village center with many good restaurants, bistros (14) with lovely terraces, nice boutiques, 2 supermarkets, 2 bakeries, greengrocer, butcher, caterers, pharmacy, etc. Every Monday morning there is a market in Flayosc but also on other days there is a cozy Provencal market somewhere in the area to visit. Your apartment is very centrally located, places such as St Tropez, St Maxime, Cannes, Nice, Fréjus can be reached within 45 minutes to 1 hour. Within 45 minutes you can reach the Georges du Verdon, often referred to as the "Grand Canyon" of Europe. In your apartment there is a folder with so-called "Trip Tips" with a lot of valuable information about various tours or cycling and walking tours, too many to mention. The beautiful beach with the Mediterranean Sea at Fréjus or St Maxime can also be reached within 45 minutes. Water sports enthusiasts can indulge themselves at the beautiful lake of the Lac du Sainte Croix (40 km). Here you can rent sailing boats, surfboards, pedal boats, canoes, etc. and you can also enjoy swimming and sunbathing on the various beaches on the lake. Or rafting in the river Verdon at Castellane or at Carces.
