A terrace of 66 m2 made of beautiful hardwood - with natural shade from the pines, a large parasol and a beautiful view.

Your dog is very welcome - the fence is 1m20 high and installed in December.

And... A very nice setting. In the middle of the green. Of course there are a few houses to see, but all are oriented to the south - so you don't see anyone.

The walk to the bakery is about 700 meters, and easy to do in fifteen minutes. On the village square (with plane trees) your espresso is waiting !

You can choose from 8 restaurants in the village, 3 of which have a Bib Gourmand mention in the Michelin guide. Flayosc is three quarters of an hour from the sea (St. Maxime) and 1 hour from Nice.

We are 2 older youngsters from the Utrecht area.

We bought this piece of land in 2022 and had a new house built on it by a French construction company.

Together we run an import company of machines (for recycling and woodworking) from the USA - and sell them in Europe.

Because it is not strictly necessary for the company to be in NL, we stay in the house roughly 2x6 weeks a year.

All other weeks the house is at your disposal !

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will no longer make use of the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.

Our advice: take out continuous travel and cancellation insurance for a whole year. Almost always, the cancellation of a holiday home rental contract is also insured.
