This attractive holiday home, which tenants like to return to, is really beautifully located; Facing south, on a plot of no less than 3,000 m2 and with a beautiful, distant view over the adjacent vineyard. In less than 5 minutes you can walk from the house to the bakery, with a cozy breakfast/coffee corner and the small, but super convenient supermarket in the center of Saint Antonin. The house offers you a lot of peace and complete privacy and can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
In the large garden you will find a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by a large wooden terrace with sun loungers and two large parasols. The spacious swimming pool has a wide, child-friendly walk-in staircase. The garden borders a vineyard and offers a beautiful view. Around the house you will find several cozy corners where you can enjoy carefree and quiet from early in the morning until late at night, including a great covered terrace with a lovely lounge area. Outside there is also a cozy square dining table and a large gas BBQ. The holiday home has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a double bed plus a spacious children's room with two single beds. For the little ones, a cot and a high chair can be added. All bedrooms are equipped with a quiet ceiling fan for cooling and mosquito protection and all beds and mattresses are of good quality. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in rain shower and the modern kitchen and utility room are equipped with all necessary appliances. Furthermore, in the house you will find a dining area with wood stove and a sitting area with TV with which you can watch any channel you want via Chromecast.
There are patio doors to both the large terrace with pergola in front of the house overlooking the lower garden with the pool and to the covered terrace on the side. The walls of the house are thick, so it stays nice and cool in the house in summer. Everywhere in and around the house you have access to a good wifi internet connection. There is on-site parking for 2 cars and a charging point for electric cars is a 1-minute drive away.
