This level gives access on one side to a large terrace with a view of the Chateau wine estate the Grand Jas and on the other side, to a Provencal garden and its 7 by 3.5 meter swimming pool surrounded by nature.
The lower level consists of three bedrooms. One of them has its own private shower room and toilet. This level is completed by two covered terraces, one with a view of the estate and the other of the garden.
Full outdoor furniture is at your disposal as well as a gas barbecue.
The house is not air-conditioned.
