Mas Marlin

This attractive and spacious (120 m2) holiday home is located in a former winery and offers complete privacy. The house is suitable for 2 to 4 persons. From the house you can walk in 12 minutes to the very lively center of Cotignac with its many cozy terraces, restaurants, boutiques and popular market on Tuesday morning.

The house consists of two floors and has an entrance on both levels. The spacious swimming pool of 4.5 x 9.5 m is sheltered with a terrace on both sides with sun beds on one side and an extensive lounge corner on the other. Here you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in peace and quiet from early in the morning until late at night. Outside there is also a spacious dining table and a large gas BBQ.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms; one on the top floor with a double bed and one on the ground floor with two single beds. For the smallest, a cot plus highchair can be added. All beds and mattresses are of good quality.
There is a bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a modern and luxuriously equipped open kitchen.

There is a dining and sitting area on both floors. On the first floor you also have a fireplace and TV with (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) chromecast, with which you can see all the desired channels. This space offers direct access to the garden with the pool, two terraces and plenty of shade. Everywhere in and around the house you have access to a good WiFi internet connection. The walls of the house are thick, so that it stays pleasantly cool in the house even in summer.
