This attractive and spacious (115m2) holiday home is located in a former winery and offers complete privacy. The house is suitable for 4/5 people. From the house you can walk in 15 minutes to the very lively center of Cotignac with its many pleasant terraces, restaurants, boutiques and popular market on Tuesday mornings.
The house consists of two floors and has an entrance on both levels. The spacious swimming pool of 4.5 x 9.5 m is sheltered with a terrace on both sides with sunbeds on one side and an extensive lounge area on the other. Here you can enjoy sunbathing and swimming in peace and quiet from early in the morning until late in the evening. Outside there is also a spacious dining table and a large gas BBQ.
The holiday home has 2 bedrooms; 1 on the top floor with a double bed and one on the ground floor with two single beds. A cot and high chair can be added for the little ones. All beds and mattresses are of good quality.
There are 2 spacious bathrooms, offering a walk-in rain shower, sink and toilet.
On the ground floor there is a modern and luxuriously equipped open kitchen. There is a dining and sitting area on both floors. On the first floor you also have access to a fireplace and TV with Chromecast, with which you can see all the channels you want. This space offers direct access to the garden with the swimming pool, two terraces and plenty of shade. You have access to a good WiFi internet connection everywhere in and around the house. The walls of the house are thick, so it stays pleasantly cool in the summer.
