These 2 Provencal houses/gîtes are always rented together for a maximum of 10 people, so you can enjoy complete privacy on the domain.A large garden with olive trees, oak trees and various shady areas to rest or have lunch.Beautifully landscaped with playground and trampoline, outdoor shower and a private large 15m x 4m swimming pool. The pool is secured by a roller shutter when it is not in use. 5 cozy bedrooms, each with its own entrance, 5 designer bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 4 terraces, covered terrace with gas barbecue. The estate is completely fenced, far from the road and offers you peace and quiet. The nearest supermarket is an 8-minute walk from the holiday home. The pleasant and lively village center of Cotignac, recently recognized as 'plus beau village de France', is located at barely 3 km from the domain. The weekly Provencal market, the many fountains, the nice restaurants and shops and the central square with the plane trees make this village an ideal holiday destination. The area is hilly with olive groves and vineyards. An ideal holiday destination with nice eateries, beautiful golf courses (Golf de Barbaroux and Golf de Sainte Baume) and hiking trails. The Mediterranean Sea is an hour away. Also in the region are the famous Gorges du Verdon and the beautiful Lac Sainte Croix.
