A very luxurious villa among the vineyards.
Large terrace with vue and huge table for all meals together.
The villa has an immense terrace, the swimming pool is at the bottom of the hill, which is very safe with children.
Inside and outside merge everywhere. From the living room you have access to the terrace and the separate kitchen.
The 12 x 6 meter pool has sun loungers, various umbrellas and seating areas.
There are sun and shade areas
And outdoor shower.

For the children, extra attention: a swing, ping-pong table, badminton net, petanque set, various water games, 3 mountain bikes. And toys and games.
Inside is the large, always cool hall. The original Louise XIV door brings you into the living room. The hall also provides access to all other rooms.
You'll have access to Netflix, a games console, books, games, and information about the area. You can use anything. Of course, we will leave it tidy for our next guests. There is WIFI in and around the house.
In the kitchen there is a fridge-freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and Nespresso machine. The washing machine is located in the laundry room downstairs.
Wide range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
On the terrace is the plancha, a griddle. Any form of open fire is prohibited.
Sleeping and bathing. On the first floor are 2 bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds, air conditioning and 2 closets. There are 2 cots. Rooms with private terrace.
The rooms have shutters to keep the heat out. We make the beds for you and put down 2 towels p.p.
Both bedrooms give access to your private landing with panoramic views over your property and the mountains.
Please note: due to the septic tank, only thin toilet paper may be flushed.
There is a luxurious bathroom with walk-in shower, large closet, sink and toilet.
On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. There is also a door to the garage.
A cool bedroom with a bunk bed and a cupboard with children's toys. There is a high chair available.
Two spacious bedrooms with French doors, box-spring beds, and 2 closets each.
And everything has been thought of in these bedrooms: air conditioning for coolness, curtains and shutters to keep the heat out. The air conditioning can only be used when you are in the bedroom.

With a double sink,
and a walk-in shower. There is a hair dryer in both bathrooms.
Separate toilet, with shower.
You take an evening dive...
Or you muse under the stars.
Entrance. Your holiday on your own 4000 m2 property starts with the opening of the gate.
On the large square with parking for 4 cars is the entrance to the garage and the stairs to the front door. There you will meet Solange, the sun angel. You can walk around the house and even climb a real mountain.
On the road. Whichever way you go, there's a lot to do. Some tips: The coast can be reached within 25 minutes. If you want to go to St Tropez, you can take the water bus for another half hour.
A trip along the coast will take you to the Esterel mountains. Climb the Pic Roux. Take the boat or the car. Combine this trip with a visit to Cannes or Nice.
Visit one of the authentic towns or the famous abbey of Le Thoronet.
You will find the best wineries all around the area. And Canta Reinette is your neighbor.
Canoeing can be done in several places.
Do you like walking: the Gorges de Pennafort, the Blavet and the Rocher de Roquebruhne are nearby.
Do you like golfing: Saint Endréol is a 5-minute drive away. We have 3 golf sets that you can use.
