Villa Sinn Wille gives a lot of peace by 4600m2 private estate with vineyards, olive trees, almond trees, etc. There are four terraces: the pool terrace of 180m2 the BBQ terrace of 140m2 sun terrace of 80m2 Lockershof 50m2 that protects you against the wind.

This picture was taken from the other side of the terrace. There is 100% privacy. Right is an earthen wall with bushes and left you can see the vineyards.
From the pool terrace looks down on the BBQ terrace, with a backdrop of the sea.
Here is a map of the house with the four terraces. The entire area is 4600m2. So the terraces with vines and olive trees, driveway, etc. are not shown here.
This is the pool terrace of 180m2 with an outdoor shower. Also from this terrace has views over the vineyards and the Bay of La Ciotat. There are plenty of lounge chairs with colorful cushions.
From the terrace you look out over the swimming pool, the vineyards or the sea: peace and romance through and through from a hammock or hammock chair
From these hammock chairs you look out over the swimming pool, but what the photographer saw and you can't see now is that on the other side you look out over the vineyards and over the bay of la Ciotat.
From this corner of the terrace looks over the vineyards and in the distance on 'our' village of La Cadiere d'Azur. What the photographer saw and you do not see, that's left the bay of La Ciotat stretches.
The BBQ terrace is the side of the house. Pleasant shady spot in the evening and early in the spring sun. The view of the valley and the bay of La Ciotat changes from day to day, from season to season. This terrace is about 140m2 large.
This picture shows part of the BBQ (old terrace, is now a new terrace) with the wide stairs leading to the pool deck. Under the fig tree is a bench from where you have views over the bay of La Ciotat.
Figs to reach height, shadow, good conversation or a good book, coffee or wine, there's always that view over the vineyards and the bay below. Romantischer is almost impossible.
If you come up the stairs, you see so are the house. The terrace overlooks a valley with vineyards and the Bay of La Ciotat. It is here in the morning for breakfast in the shade and in the evening the place to muse with a glass of wine in hand. Here you have the best view.
Same terrace from a different angle. The first two doors (right) are the bedrooms. The doors behind the table give entrance to the living room.
Here you sit in the morning still in the shade and this terrace is therefore a great place for croissant and coffee / tea. Summer is here to burn the sun, then you are better off at the pool. For the sunset, you must be here again.
This terrace is called the Garden of Eden, because our grandparents imagined themselves here in the Garden of Eden. Away from the wind, but in the sun. Especially when there is the Mistral (strong wind).
Away from the wind, perfect for when the mistral picks up, the hard, dry wind from the sea, which lasts one to three days. Mistral at the air crisp and you will see countless sails of the surfers who enjoy their stay here. Just go to the beach then!
From the pool terrace you walk down the stairs behind the house to go to the trampoline and the clothesline. (Grass in the picture just sown)
180graden turn around and look at the pool terrace behind the house. We have 2013 grass sown around the trampoline.
This is the trampoline for children. It's a trampoline Berg of 3.5 meters with a ladder, a protection net and a pool cover. (Grass in the picture just sown)
Here you can see the driveway with parking. There is enough space for several cars; four or five cars parking is not a problem. Turn requires some driving skills, but it always works.
At Pine left starts the driveway to our house. The vines that you see on the left and right of the road, belong to the field of Sinn Wille.

in 2017 a modern new kitchen was installed, including dishwasher, combi-microwave oven, induction hob, extra fridge (there is a 2nd fridge in the hallway), etc.
There is a spacious and bright living room with two large patio doors to the terrace and two large windows.
The new kitchen is fully equipped such as dishwasher, combi-microwave oven, induction hob, extra fridge (there is a 2nd fridge in the hallway), etc.
The round table can be unfolded into a table for 8 people. There are also eight dining chairs in the house (some are in the bedrooms)
There are plenty of plates, glasses and cutlery in the French cabinet.
There is an open kitchen with a good oven, kettle, coffee maker, etc.
There is a sitting area with a sofa and three nice chairs. There is a fireplace, a dining table (4-8p) and an open kitchen.

Dolce Fregate Golf Resort is one of the finest golf courses in Europe and is only 5 minutes away from our house.

Right hotel with swimming pool and all the facilities you could wish for. Dolce Fregate Golf Resort includes an 18-hole golf course, a hotel, pool, restaurant, tennis courts, spa, etc.
The beach and the promenade of modern Les Lecques / Saint Cyr sur Mer is a 10 min drive from the house.
Here you can see the promenade and the beach of Saint Cyr sur Mer. The promenade is about 5 km long and people strolling along here at night all the restaurants and shops, or enjoy a sit down on a terrace to watch the people.
Again the boulevard of Les Lecques / Saint Cyr sur Mer.
Along this modern promenade are many restaurants and in the summer there are often stalls and activities for children, such as climbing frames, bouncy castles, trampolines and a nostalgic carousel with white horses for the princes and pumpkin carriages for the princesses.
The boulevard ends at the harbor of Saint Cyr sur Mer, with many restaurants where you can dine.
Every Sunday there is a market in Saint Cyr, where you can buy cute french clothes, baskets, soaps, etc. There is also plenty of good food and fresh vegetables for sale. After 12pm, when the market will close, most people go to the main square to enjoy a coffee or a glass of pastis.
La Madraque is a fishing village on the same bay and is also just 10 minutes drive from Sinn Wille. La Madraque also has a beach, a marina and a promenade. The boulevard is smaller than that of Saint Cyr sur Mer. In the harbor are rocking many colorful fishing boats.
The beach of La Madrague is very suitable for small children, as it is smaller and has easier access to the sea. Even the sea is less deep, making it more suitable for small children. Last summer there was a great climbing gear on the beach.
La Cadiere d'Azur is at 3 min away from Sinnewille and is well worth a visit! Is not near the sea, but on a mountain plateau.
La Cadiere d'Azur is a medieval village with narrow streets where it seems as if time stood still. Here you can sit under the plane trees in the shadow and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee with a croissant.
Le Castellet is the other medieval and picturesque village and is 15 minutes driving inland from Sinnewille. A lovely village for an afternoon's stroll, have lunch and buy. Gifts
Le Castellet is an artists' village and more focused towards tourists than La Cadiere d'Azur. It has more shops and restaurants, but certainly worth to visit for a day.
From the terrace of Sinnewille you see the bay La Ciotat, an ancient port where ships were once built. Since about 10 years the city is fully refurbished and brimming of activities.
In the 80's, the port went bankrupt and the city went in decline. Nowadays La Ciotat is back in business and very luxurious mega yachts are serviced in the harbour.
The island that from Sinn Wille left La Ciotat will see hot Ile Verte. The boat leaves from the port of La Ciotat. On the island there are old fortresses and you can walk to the hidden beaches.
La Ciotat has a fantastic beautiful beach with a nice boulevard. For the children there are a trampoline and a carousel.
The region (VAR) is known for its fine wines. There are many wineries in the area that are worth a visit.
There are many lovely harbor towns along the coast from Marseille to Toulon who are all well worth a visit! Direction Toulon: Bandol is a 20 min drive, 25 min Sanary and Six-Four 35 min. In the direction Marseille: Cassis is a 30 min drive.
Bandol a great harbor with a beautiful wide boulevard full of shops and restaurants. There is a nice beach, a casino and the harbor is slightly larger than those of the other villages.
In the harbor of Bandol you can watch the underwater world with the aqua scope.

As most villages Sanary has a weekly market on every Wednesday until 12pm. Lots of fresh fish, vegetables and delicious french olives. (On Sunday there is market in Saint Cyr)
The port of Sanary, where after visiting the extensive regional market can eat delicious ice cream or on a terrace can slide in a subtropical lunch.

Sanary also has a natural beach, where you can enjoy a swim or sunbath after a morning stroll on the market.
View of Cassis from the route de crete, a steep mountain road that runs along the ridge of La Ciotat to Cassis. Fantastic to stop at the lookout points to enjoy the view and some walking.
Cassis is 25 min driving from Sinnewille and is known for its beautiful harbor, the castle, nice shopping streets and the calanques which can be visited by boat.
This is one of the beaches at Cassis. Cassis, you can enjoy the typical French fishing port, bouillabaisse and squares.
In the port of Cassis, you can take a boat tour passing the famous Calanques.
OK Corral is a wild western theme park at only 25-30 min driving from Sinnewille.
Aqualand is a paradise for children and is 10 min drive from Sinn Wille. Near the beach and next to the Casino supermarkets and Loisir. Aqualand is open from 15 June and closes on 04 September
The Paul Ricard circuit is located on the plateau of Le Castellet about 20 minutes drive from Sinn Wille. A nice route and there is almost always something to do or see. You can watch the car races in the stands. There is also a small airport and next to a go-kart track.
The zoo of Toulon is definitely worth a visit. Many cats. The zoo is not very big, but you can see the animals from close by. There are two possibly do to get there: a very narrow mountain road or by cable in a gondola.
In the port of Bandol can watch the underwater world with the aqua scope.
