Just a 10-minute drive from the charming towns of Sorèze and Revel with restaurants, terraces and a nice weekly market, this charming old house with large garden (8000m2) is located in a quiet and peaceful environment in beautiful green surroundings.
The house is old and certainly not perfect, but it is very inviting and it exudes a nice, familiar atmosphere.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with sitting and dining area with an unobstructed view of the garden everywhere.

Upstairs, the house has 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower (or bath) and toilet.

A beautiful large lake, Lac de St Ferréol is also a short 10-minute drive away via small country roads. Dogs are also allowed to swim in most places there. There is a very nice walking path around the lake where you can take a beautiful walk around the lake in an hour.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
