It is a pleasant neighborhood with a nice market almost every day. The train and bus station are also a very short walk away. The apartment is located in a beautiful old building with high ceilings, on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

I am Dutch and have been living in Cannes for more than 20 years where I have a wonderful life! I have lived in Cannes for more than 20 years and love it here. When I first came here, I immediately fell in love with the apartment with those high ceilings, in an old building right in the center, close to the sea and everything.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 35% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
