Gites Le Bergerie et Cave

Welcome to the 'Le Vieux Manoir' estate!

Our 'Quercy Blanc Bergerie and Cave', dating from 1649 and listed with the French Ministry of Culture as a cultural heritage and one of the oldest buildings in the region, is over 5 hectares in size and consists of the main house with the Bergerie and the Cave which have been converted into two semi-detached luxury two-person Gites.
The four-person gite Le Vieux Manoir is also located on the estate.

Bergerie/Cave 'Le Vieux Manoir' is beautifully situated in the Tarn and Garonne countryside with 360 degree views of the hills and orchards surrounding the picturesque village of Valeilles and equipped with all amenities. The Bergerie (70m2) offers a double bedroom, a very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, double corner bath, sink and toilet.
The cozy "salon" has a fireplace, a kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, contact grill and a kettle.
Along the side and at the front of the Bergerie there is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen including Weber BBQ. You can relax here and enjoy the beautiful view and the evening sun.
There is a TV with Dutch channels.
There is also a cot and high chair available.

The Cave (40m2) is a spacious studio with two single beds (if desired, these can be made up as a double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The cozy studio has a kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, contact grill and a kettle.
At the front of the Bergerie and Cave there is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen including Weber BBQ. Here you can also relax and enjoy the beautiful view and the evening sun.
There is a TV with Dutch channels.

The gites de Bergerie and the Cave can easily be rented out as one for four people, possibly with a small child for which a cot and high chair are available.
The Cave studio is very suitable for a family with older children, father and mother can then stay in the Bergerie. Both gites are close to each other and are accessible from outside.

There is a TV with Chromecast so you can watch TV with your TV app, Netflix, etc.
