Welcome to the 'Le Vieux Manoir' estate!

Our 'Quercy Blanc Bergerie and Cave', dating from 1649 and listed with the French Ministry of Culture as a cultural heritage and one of the oldest buildings in the region, is over 5 hectares in size and consists of the main house with the Bergerie and the Cave which have been converted into two semi-detached luxury two-person Gites. The four-person gite Le Vieux Manoir is also located on the estate.

Cave 'Le Vieux Manoir' is beautifully situated in the Tarn and Garonne countryside with 360 degree views of the hills and orchards surrounding the picturesque village of Valeilles and equipped with all amenities.
The Cave (40m2) is a spacious studio with two single beds (if desired, these can be made up as a double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The cozy studio has a kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, Dolce Gusto coffee, contact grill and an electric kettle.

There is a terrace at the front of the Cave. On the terrier we have an outdoor kitchen including a BBQ. Here you can also relax and enjoy the beautiful view and the evening sun.
There is a TV available.

At the pool there is a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and ice. There is a laundry room with washing machine and dryer that guests can use free of charge. Gîte La Cave has been awarded 3 stars by the French Ministry of Tourism. This is the highest number such gîtes can be awarded!

There is a TV with Chromecast so you can watch TV with your TV app, Netflix, etc.

We have fiber optic internet!

Your host and hostess are Sem and Louise de Jong-Driessen. After having had a holiday home in Burgundy for almost twenty years, we have been the proud owners of Le Vieux Manoir Valeilles since February 2016 in beautiful Tarn and Garonne. We do not use an inventory list. If anything breaks during your stay, please let us know
to report this to us so that we can resolve this in good consultation.
Cancellation policy
The parties agree to the following cancellation conditions:
If the agreement is canceled, the tenant owes cancellation costs, which depend on:
from the moment of cancellation.
Cancellation must always be made in writing. The amount of the cancellation costs is as follows

Until the 90th day before the arrival day 30% (= down payment)
From the 90th day 100%
If we do find a tenant for the canceled period, you will receive this rent
up to a maximum of 100% of the rent you paid minus any booking costs.
