This detached house from 1949 is built in the characteristic architectural style of the Bresse region: a wide overhang of the roof and a large canopy on the side. It is cosily furnished and quietly located on a plot of 350m2.
The internet connection is fast and there is a smart TV. 
Around the house is the fenced garden that offers the necessary privacy through high shrubs. There are several seating areas and there is always a place to be found in the sun or in the shade.
Saint-Vincent-en-Bresse is a small and quiet village. There is a fresh bread distribution point and a bar-restaurant. 
A 5-minute walk away is a recreation area with a large (fishing) pond where you can spot frogs, otters and birds. There are picnic tables where you can enjoy your picnic.
The surrounding area is ideal for cycling, hiking, golfing and fishing. Prefer to be on the water? Then rent a canoe or boat to sail the Seille.
The Bresse region is characterized by authentic farms, beautiful villages and a rolling landscape.
The nearest town is Louhans (14km) with its arcades and the Monday morning market. The cities of Chalon-sur-Saône and Tournus are about 20 km away and Beaune and Mâcon can be reached within three quarters of an hour.
If you drive half an hour eastwards, you will arrive in the Jura with beautiful places such as Baume les Messieurs and Château-Chalon, both voted one of the most beautiful villages in France.
To the west you enter the wine region with the characteristic wine villages of Givry, Buxy and Cluny.
