This originally old farmhouse has been converted into a cozy and spacious holiday home over the last few decades. We rent out the house for a maximum of 4 people. With a total of over 90m2 and a 2500m2 garden, there is plenty of space.
Located just outside the village of Grury with a view over the hills, it is wonderful to relax. The house is on a small road just outside the village, last of 6 houses. There is no traffic except for the neighbors and the postman.
There are very nice walks to do and nearby even runs a part of (one of) the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, the GR13.In and around the Morvan opportunities for swimming, cycling, fishing, karting, amusement parks. Or visit a flea market or enjoy the old French towns.
You enter the house in the utility room, with bathroom and toilet next to it. To the right is the large kitchen. In addition, a cozy living room. In the extension, which is the coolest due to its location, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. Outside there are several places to enjoy the surroundings, also covered.

140x190 with 1 double duvet
In the 2nd bedroom there is a chair that can easily be converted into a single bed. 80x190.
