DEFINITION

In the middle of a beautiful golf course (200 ha) with 27 holes, within walking distance (approx. 800 m) of the wide expanse of fine sandy beach, opposite the nature reserve l'Étang de Canet and about 1800 m from the  second largest marina on the Mediterranean Sea, lies this comfortable, spacious (approx. 58 m²) and modern furnished apartment on the ground floor. The garden including terrace-loggia (approx. 48 m²) is adjacent to the well-maintained free swimming pool that is open from mid-May to mid-October (depending on meteo).
Central heating (winter) and new from 2019 AIRCO (summer) is available.

Saint Cyprien - Plage is located on the beautiful coast of the Languedoc - Roussillon region which stretches for almost 250 kilometers along the Mediterranean Sea, from the Camargue to the Côte Vermeille. On the beach of Saint Cyprien, the blue flag, the designation for clean bathing water, flies daily.
From Argelès, which borders the south side to the north, impressive regattas, air shows, kite surfing, windsurfing and fishing competitions are held every year, attracting large audiences. The seaside villages in the area from Canet-Plage to the south, the department of Pyrénées - Orientales, bordering the north side, have an authentic character. Collioure, Banyuls, Port-Vendres and Cerbère have been a great source of inspiration for famous painters such as Matisse and Picasso in the past, partly because of the beauty and special light of the ports. Today, Collioure is not only the artistic centre of the region, but also a popular historical attraction due to the Spanish influences from the time of the domination by the kings of Mallorca.
For those who love nature, the hinterland of the coastal region, which lies between two mountain ranges, offers vast plains and breathtaking natural areas on a large scale. The mountain range in the south, the Catalan Pyrenees, rises majestically to the peaks of the Canigou (2785 m) and the Carlit (2921 m). In this area you can walk, climb, cycle and ski to your heart's content in winter. The distance to the nearest ski slope is about one hour by car. Large parts of the mountain range, 125 km to the north, the Montagne Noire (Central Massif), has been declared a protected nature reserve of 260,500 hectares by the French government.

Saint Cyprien is a fifteen minute drive to Perpignan and about two hours to Barcelona.

3-room apartment. Kitchen/dining room. Living/sleeping room with single (sofa) bed and
1 trundle bed. Bedroom 1, with 1 double (auping 210x180) bed. Bedroom 2, with 3 single beds (200x85), 1 of which is in bunk bed. Bathroom 1, with sink, bath with shower. Bathroom 2, with sink and bath with shower. And 2 separate toilets. Distribution of beds over the rooms of your choice. Cot and high chair are available for the little ones. Full-width apartment shutters, sliding doors, garden furniture for 6 people and two sun loungers. An electric outdoor plancha BBQ, for delicious food in the evening.

2 bathrooms (sink, bath / shower), 2 toilets, kitchenette, ceramic hob 3-burners, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, freezer, air conditioning and extra fan, free parking on private (private) property with access code (2).

New from 2019: air conditioning in the apartment especially for the hot summer period from mid-June to mid-September to sleep wonderfully cool at night.

New from 2022 unlimited fiber optic Wifi for our guests. 

At the residence: free of charge:
Communal outdoor swimming pool (size 16x9 meters, depth of 55-125 cm) open depending on weather conditions start mid-May to mid-October with sunbeds and shower/toilet facilities.
Fee:
Golf course next door on private property,
and water sports (sailing, catamaran, windsurfing, jet skiing, water skiing) opposite residence or at sea, restaurants, bar, mini-golf, horse riding, tennis etc.
