The apartment looks neat, has very good wifi and air conditioning and a good dishwasher. Compliments to the landlord. The service is good. The décor is somewhat dated, for this reason just under 9.... We can look back on a very successful holiday and partly due to the location we hope to come back again in the future.

Excellent apartment with spacious kitchen inventory and nice extras such as grill plate, pizza maker and Nespresso coffee machine. 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms is also nice. Both the landlord and the host on site helped excellently. Garden/terrace is a bit boring because you are looking at the fence of the pool. The building is a bit outdated, the pool is fine. Nice place for a week of golf with friends.

This apartment is located in a somewhat dated complex. Apartment is spacious enough for 4 people and has a small full kitchen and 2 small bathrooms. Only the wifi was not present... And that's not convenient with 2 teenagers. L...

This apartment is located in a somewhat dated complex. Apartment is spacious enough for 4 people and has a small full kitchen and 2 small bathrooms. Only the wifi was not present... And that's not convenient with 2 teenagers. Location is great if you want to go to the beach (5 min. by bike). The bicycles are also super handy so that you don't have to go to the beach by car. Overall: had a nice stay in neat apartment with good location. We enjoyed it.

What a lovely apartment we enjoyed. The bikes are ideal, you are on the beach in no time and 5 minutes further on the boulevard.
By car you are within half an hour in another village or seaside resort and not too busy.

We had a wonderful holiday! The apartment has all conceivable facilities and is exactly as shown in the photos. The apartment was super clean on arrival! What we liked extra were: the air conditioning (!), the bed (extra long and wide), the double bathroom and toilet, the sun loungers for the terrace and the baby cot and high chair for our 1-year-old daughter. We have also often used the Plancha grill. The restaurants don't open until 7 p.m. (with the exception of Argelès-sur-Mer) and with a small child you are quickly limited. The Plancha grill is really great! The setting is beautiful. The beach, the nice towns such as Collioure, eating fresh oysters at 'Chez Martine et Fils', swimming at Les Gorges Du Gouleyrous, the vineyards, Perpignan and the cozy French markets. If you are going on holiday in this region, a stay in Geert and Diane's apartment is highly recommended!

The building is a bit dated but in the apartment you lack nothing. The good bed, the expresso machine and the bicycles provide the extras.
The landlords are very customer-oriented.

Everything was fine. Showering in the bath was problematic for me due to physical discomfort. I would replace the tub with a practical walk-in shower.

Had a wonderful holiday, the app is equipped with everything you need, nice quiet area, by bike to the beach or the bakery. The only downside is the range of 4G and WiFi. There is hardly any and not stable. Big pluses are: spacious apartment, private spacious garden, air conditioning, washing machine, bicycles, dishwasher and double bathroom! The landlords are very nice and provide you with everything you need to know on time, very nice! Photos as offered give a clear picture!

Practical and well equipped apartment. Communication with landlords fine. Lots of privacy.
