La maison de xatart" is the large mansion of an ancient farm called Mas Taillet. A nice big house, spacious kitchen and a living room and four bedrooms. The house has every comfort and has been rated with four stars. Ideal for a large family or two families.
It is located on a mountain slope and you have a beautiful view of the valley, and in the background the high mountains of the Pyrenees. The estate has 47 tight private land on which you can walk and which is a guarantee for the peace around. Beautiful hiking trails have also been mapped out in the surrounding mountains.
The house has four rooms. Two with their own bathroom / toilet and two rooms sharing the bathroom. The large kitchen diner is the centerpiece of this holiday home. A large gas stove with oven, a spacious worktop and a beautiful dining area under the ancient stone arches; the foundation of the house. Of course you will find all the kitchen utensils you need. Outside is a terrace with outside table and chairs. The living room makes it possible to retreat for a while or it is an ideal place for the children to play. but you will probably be outside most of the time. The town of Prats de Mollo, an old walled fortress town, is five kilometers away via an asphalt road. You can walk there in half an hour, through the meadows. In this city you will find the supermarket, restaurants, cafes, the bakery and butcher and the pharmacy. In the summer a very lively town with many activities.
