Beautiful and soothing, this Mas is located in the Aspres, between mountains and sea, in the village of Prunet and Belpuig. At an altitude of 655m, we Eric and Manuella van Boxel have built up our professional and family life. After years of restoration of the two ruins, two spacious and hospitable holiday homes were finally erected. Ideally located, in the southern and Mediterranean climate, with the sound of grasshoppers and the gentle murmur of the Tramontane wind in the background.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you rent the house for 8 people, the price is 1600€ per week in high season. (July and August)
Mid season (June and September) is 900€ per week.


The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

    • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
    • In case of cancellation from 30 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
    • If the tenant does not receive a rental period until the day of the start of the rental period,
      or during the rental period does not make any use (anymore) of the rented property
       the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
