Villa Valbonne (12 km Cannes)

Luxury villa in Valbonne near Grasse, Cannes, Mougins and Biot. Nice Airport at about 30 km.

Villa with private pool located on domaine with 3 tennis courts and a large communal swimming pool.

Our holiday home offers 3 bedrooms (with air conditioning)  and 2 bathrooms (both with shower, washbasin and hanging toilet), large living room with fireplace and sat TV with most Dutch channels and chromebox. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, combi oven, induction stove and refrigerator. In the garage a second fridge / freezer, washing machine and dryer, tennis rackets, weber BBQ, (old) golf set. The house also has an iron/ironing board and hair dryer. In 2021, all beds were replaced by Van der Valk box spring beds.

The covered terrace (with dining table and lounge set) overlooks forests and a private swimming pool below with plenty of sunbeds and a cozy picnic table. The large garden (2000m) offers a lot of privacy and several cars can be parked in the private driveway.

We offer free WIFI.

Just outside the domaine you will find a large Carrefour, bakery, hairdresser and pharmacy. Valbonne itself is about 5km away and is a super cozy Provencal village with delicious caterers, lots of restaurants and cozy terraces. The square in Valbonne is also super fun for children (car-free). Every Friday there is a market in Valbonne.

We bought the house about 15 years ago from Dutch people after we had rented it a few times and had completely fallen in love with the house. Since then, we have maintained the house very well and do some renovations every year. It is a unique place in a unique place in the world. Also enjoy all the good things that Provence has to offer!
