Villa Paranis is a wonderful holiday home with a large, heated, private swimming pool (approx. 10m x 5m) on a beautiful (fenced) plot of approx. 1600m2 with an electric gate. There is maximum privacy and the house is very quietly located in the leafy residential area of Tour de Mare. Villa Paranis is located about 5 kilometers from the Mediterranean Sea and sandy beaches. The lake Lac St. Esprit is a 3-minute walk away. At approx. 2 km from our house is a small shopping center with a supermarket (SPAR) with a bakery, restaurant, pizzeria, pharmacy, banks, etc. Villa Paranis is approx. 40 minutes drive from Nice airport (approx. 60 km) .
The villa is ideal for a group of 6 people (max. 7 people).
In the house itself is 1 double bedroom with bathroom and separate toilet. There is a separate entrance to the annex, which guarantees optimal privacy. Here are 2 double bedrooms with a bathroom and toilet. And there is 1 bedroom with a double sofa bed (180x200m) on the mezzanine (= mezzanine floor) with balcony. The 3 bedrooms downstairs have direct access to the terrace and pool. There is WIFI (fiber optic), TV with Dutch channels (via canal digital) and Netflix. Baby equipment is available (cots with good mattresses, high chairs, changing mats, toys, etc.). You will also find games and books in our house. The house is surrounded by a lovely garden with a beautiful old cork oak, oleanders, agapanthus, bougainvillea, grape vines and a beautiful olive tree.
From the shady pool house with the luxuriously comfortable lounge set and dining table you can look out over the swimming pool.
There are several beautiful shade and sun terraces with breathtaking views. In the evening you will enjoy the beautiful lighting in the garden and in the pool!
There are two large Glatz umbrellas (diameter 3.5m) on the travertine terrace with sunbeds. You can use the electric Weber barbecue on the two barbecue platforms in the garden. In the front garden is a private pétanque court for a game of jeu de boules (with boules): typically French! There is also a table tennis table.
The sports enthusiasts can walk and cycle in the beautiful surroundings. At about 6 km is the water paradise Aqualand and the go-kart circuit is next to it. There are several beautiful golf courses and beautiful wine estates in the immediate vicinity of Fréjus.
