When you enter the house you immediately feel the peace and space that is so characteristic of the Morvan. What stands out are the traditional red-brown tommetes on the floor and the massive wooden beams of the classic French ceiling. These authentic elements are tastefully combined with a sleek, modern interior.
The kitchen is practical and equipped with an induction plate, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. From the sofa you have a beautiful view of Lake Rangère through the new windows. Next to the living room you will find the bedroom with the bathroom en suite. The large patio doors to the garden and the 'murs en pierres', natural stone walls, give a real French holiday feeling. There is an open wardrobe and a spacious bed of 1.60 x 2.00. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
The house is heated in winter by a large pellet stove and the bathroom has a marble infrared plate that provides a pleasant warmth. In the summer you can cool off under the trees outside. The garden is equipped with comfortable garden furniture with a large parasol where you can enjoy and relax. There is a charging point in the parking lot for electric drivers.
