There are 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 cm and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 x 200 cm.
Living room with open kitchen, smart TV, Bluetooth player.
There is a covered veranda with 4 adjustable chairs and a table. In the spacious garden there are 2 sun loungers, table tennis table and BBQ for your use.

Lac de Pannecière
You can enjoy swimming, canoeing or fishing. You can rent a canoe from us: 1 person canoe half day € 10,- whole day € 15,- 2 person canoe half day € 15,- whole day € 20,-
Campsite Les Soulins
At the campsite opposite our house you can get a fishing license or rent a SUP board. In the months of July and August there is a food cart on Tuesday evenings, where you can order a simple meal. then live music from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. On Thursday evening you can eat pizza at the campsite (advance booking recommended). There will also be live music from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Lac de Settons
20km. from our house is the beautiful Settons Lake. You can take a beautiful walk or bike ride around the lake. Do you like SUPing, sailing, canoeing or perhaps a boat trip? It's all possible at Lac de Settons.
The lake/lac de Panneciere is a reservoir.
In August, the water level of the reservoir slowly drops until eventually the Yonne River is visible. In the spring the lake is completely back to normal.
