Gîte and chambre d'hôte 'Les Mouins au bord du lac'.

In 2004 we bought our house as a holiday home. This pleased us so well that the plan soon came to live in France. Our house with gîte and chambre d'hôte is located on the lake of Pannecière.

Since June 2015 we live in Les Moulins, Corancy municipality and we rent a gîte (chalet). In our house we have created a chambre d'hôte (bed and breakfast) with its own entrance and terrace. We hope to give you a good idea of ??the accommodation and surroundings and to welcome you soon to us at the Morvan. Hans & Ineke Melchers

The lake
In August the water level of the reservoir drops slowly until the river Yonne is finally visible. In spring, the lake is completely on level. In the lake you can enjoy swimming, canoeing and fishing. Furthermore, the Morvan is excellent for the sporty holidaymaker. There are many hiking and mountain bike routes, but also for the motorcycle rider it is wonderful to walk around.

De gîte is voorzien van televisie, bluetoothplayer, ingerichte keuken met koelkast met klein vriesvak, oven, koffiezetapparaat, waterkoker, tafel strijkplank + strijkijzer, droogrek, mixer/blender en kinderstoel. In overleg kunt u gebruik maken van onze wasmachine € 6,00. Bed en keukenlinnen aanwezig. Bij een verblijf langer dan een week zal er een wissel van bed en keukenlinnen zijn. Hiervoor brengen wij € 10,00 voor een 2 persoonsbed en € 5,00 euro voor een 1 persoonsbed in rekening. Toiletpapier, vuilniszakken en koffiefilters zijn aanwezig.
In het voor en na-seizoen worden de kosten voor het gebruik van de elektrische kachels naar verbruik berekend, deze kosten dienen contant betaald te worden bij vertrek.
Op aanvraag kunt u een handdoekenset bij ons huren. De kosten zijn € 10,00 p.p.
U kunt de gîte betrekken vanaf 16.00 uur, op de vertrekdag dient u de gîte voor 10.30 uur te verlaten.
De verhuurperiode loopt van zaterdag tot zaterdag.

Het chalet is uitgerust met een airco. Als u de airco wilt gebruiken worden de kosten van het elektriciteitsgebruik na afloop van de verhuurperiode per eenheid doorberekend € 0,19 per Kwh.
