We offer an attractive detached spacious 2 person house (54 m2) with private garden in Burgundy. It is part of the small-scale Logement Champallement where we also have a B&B.
It is located on a rocky plateau and from both the garden and the house you have a panoramic view of the Morvan mountains. Nearby is a swimming lake.
Maison Machecourt is on one level with a bright living room/open kitchen with wood stove and balcony, a bedroom on the garden side, a spacious bathroom, private parking space and an enclosed garden (not overlooked!) with a view of the mountains. The attractive house with exterior shutters is furnished with antique furniture, combined with contemporary comfort.
The 19th century holiday home is located on a small, quiet road on the outskirts of the village of Champallement (50 inhabitants). It is located next to the villa where we live and next to a centuries-old castle. Half an hour away you will find the pilgrimage town of Vézelay in the Morvan and the famous wine town of Sancerre on the Loire.
