La Maison d'Alice, a wonderfully spacious house for people who love peace, space, water and nature, made with a lot of fun and attention to make it an attractive and cozy stay, a place where you really feel at home.
The house is the last house in the street and is almost detached (on the left the house is attached to our own garage with another small gîte next to it).
The house itself has a large living room, divided into 2 parts, on one side there is the TV sitting area with comfortable sofa and chairs, there is WIFI, Dutch TV, DVD with various movies, stack of reading books and board games available.
On the other side of the living room a dining area, 2 lovely armchairs and several cupboards for plenty of storage space, the living rooms are both located at the front of the house, a lovely light space due to the many windows and doors with glass, direct access to the garden.
The kitchen is spacious and very complete, in the kitchen a beautiful well-stocked china cabinet, the kitchen is also equipped with a gas stove with electric oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, senseo and regular filter coffee maker, kitchen scale, kettle, mixer, hand blender, good knife set, various jars of herbs, coffee, tea, sugar, in short, fully furnished, also from the kitchen direct access to the covered seating area and the garden.
There is a spacious bathroom and a separate toilet, both the bathroom and the toilet have a window.
In addition, the utility room, with plenty of storage space for coats and shoes, there is also an extra kitchenette and washing machine.
The house has 2 bedrooms, both on the ground floor at the back of the house, the cool side of the house, which ensures that you can also sleep fresh in the summer.
There is a bedroom with a double bed and a room with a double bed which can also be converted into 2 single beds) the bedrooms have a wardrobe and clothes rack and several extra hooks for hanging your clothes.
There are 2 pedestal fans in the bedrooms, in both bedrooms there are also window screens.
Through the living room and kitchen a direct access to the garden, with a large enclosed terrace on the south in front of the house, almost all day you have the sun there, in addition, to the right of the house a nice large garden with lovely unobstructed views over the beautiful rural landscape where you can enjoy the panoramic view, the many birds of prey in the sky, the deer in the field and in the evening of course the beautiful starry sky.
Everywhere in the garden there are chairs and seats, so no need to drag chairs, there are garden chairs with adjustable backrests, regular chairs, sun loungers, and pleasant garden cushions for the chairs, a picnic table and if the weather is not so good, there is also a covered corner with a lovely bench so that you can always sit outside, There are umbrellas and also a number of bicycles available for you to use.
For the children there are games, comic books, books, craft supplies and toys, outside is a very large swing, there is a large inflatable pool, a children's football game, there is also a small "children's shed" which is also filled with all kinds of outdoor toys, On request there are also various items available for the smallest guests: high chair, playpen, baby bath, changing mat, Camping cot with real mattress.
