The cottage is located in a hilly region with many castles and small villages with the historical highlight 40 km away Vézelay with its characteristic pilgrimage basilica from the 11th century.
The cottage has a respectable age, at least 200 years, with an authentic look and décor. It has been adapted to today's standard of comfort and offers space for 4 adults or 2 adults with 2/3 children. There is a generous double bed, plus a room with a French bed, a single bed and a cot. The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plate and oven. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and also a washing machine. There is a cosy south-facing terrace and under the cottage is an old cellar with barrel vault. For the people of this time there is now also a good Wifi connection.

Far away from the highway, where at night the owl occasionally breaks the silence and on a clear night the starry sky makes an overwhelming impression.
