Biron Le Blanc

Le Biron Blanc is a former, 19th century farmhouse, which has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern comforts.
The house is located on a semi-paved path almost a kilometer from the main road and 5 minutes from the village with several shops.

The house is surrounded by a large garden and is located at the front facing south. There are terraces on the two sides of the house. There is sun, half sun or shade all day.

The entrance of the house gives access to a spacious dining room, behind which is also a large kitchen. Next to the dining room is the living room with beautiful fireplace and sliding doors to the south-west facing sun terrace with a great view over the rolling hills. Here you can sunbathe, have a drink and eat, while enjoying the view and the soothing tranquility.

On the ground floor is also the bathroom, with toilet, bath and separate shower. The house has central heating. In the boiler room there is a washing machine and a dryer. There is WIFI. There is also television with satellite reception (all Dutch and many English/German channels).

The stairs to the first floor lead to a spacious landing with separate second toilet. On this floor there is a large master bedroom with loft. The bedroom has its own sink. There are also two more bedrooms on this floor.
All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

On the second floor there is another landing and a spacious bedroom. So a total of 4 bedrooms. Also present in the house are a high chair and cot.

The house is wonderfully spacious for 2 people, but also very suitable for 4, 6 to 7 people (maximum 6 adults). Pets and smoking are not allowed.

The garden is almost 5000 m2 in size and contains many fruit trees. Around the garden are meadows in which some Charolais cows are grazing.

Sun loungers are provided. There are garden tables and chairs on both terraces. There are also six mountain bikes and in July and August there is a spacious swimming pool of about 5 meters in diameter and 1.20 m high. There is also a large trampoline in the garden.
