A large family home in the heart of the Champagne region
La Chenevière is a large country house of 380 m², set in an old Champagne farmhouse full of charm, between Reims and Épernay. With its 8 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and large living spaces, it can comfortably accommodate up to 20 people + 4 additional people (beds on the mezzanine). It is an ideal house to get together with family or friends, while allowing everyone to maintain their space and privacy.
Space to be truly together
The heart of the house is its spectacular 120 m² living room. You can meet around the large table for meals, on the sofas to chat or in front of the fireplace when the evenings are cooler. The space is large enough for a whole group to live together without ever feeling cramped.
The kitchen is fully equipped and really designed for large groups: 2 large refrigerators, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, 2 dishwashers, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette machines, crockery and glasses in quantity... You will also find the basic products for a serene stay.
8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms
La Chenevière has 8 comfortable bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, a configuration that is particularly appreciated when several families or couples are staying together. Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. Equipment for babies and young children is also available.
A large private garden and many leisure activities
The house has its own 1,000 m² garden, where you can have lunch, dinner, read or simply enjoy the calm of the Champagne countryside. Two Weber barbecues are at your disposal for sunny days, as well as sun loungers. Tables, benches and chairs are also set up to take full advantage of the great outdoors.
On the estate, you can also enjoy the private tennis court, table tennis, badminton and pétanque, as well as our fitness & yoga area. Young and old alike can easily find something to do without leaving the property.
The house has private parking and a charging station for electric vehicles.
Between Reims and Épernay, in the heart of the vineyards
Le Beau Sarrazin is located in Fontaine-sur-Ay, in the Champagne countryside, 15 minutes from Epernay and 25 minutes from Reims. It is an excellent starting point to discover the villages and landscapes of Champagne, visit the cellars and Champagne houses, meet winemakers or enjoy the restaurants of the region.
After a day of discovery, you will find the calm of the house, the garden and the pleasure of dining together around a large table.
A house designed for reunions
We renovated La Chenevière with the aim of preserving the soul of this old farmhouse and creating a real family home: warm, comfortable and generous. It is not a standardised accommodation, but a house in which we want our guests to feel at home quickly.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. In winter, you can also enjoy the fireplace and the pleasure of a wood fire. The house is well heated in winter, and in summer it stays cool. Each room has a fan.
La Chenevière is particularly suitable for family holidays, reunions between several generations or weekends with friends. In order to preserve the calm of the place, noisy parties and evenings are not allowed.
