A large family home in the heart of the Champagne region
Le Tilleul is a large country house of 260 m², set in an old Champagne farmhouse full of charm, between Reims and Épernay. With its 6 bedrooms and large living spaces, it can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. It is an ideal house to get together with family or friends: large enough to fully enjoy moments together, while allowing everyone to maintain their space and privacy.
A warm home to get together
The heart of the house is its large living room of 60 m², with its open fireplace. You can meet around the large table for meals, on the sofas to chat, read or play, or in front of a good fire when the evenings are cooler. Books, board games and table football are also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped and really designed for groups: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, raclette machines, crockery and glasses in quantity... You will also find the basic products for a serene stay.
6 bedrooms, each with its own private sanitary area
Le Tilleul has 6 comfortable bedrooms. Five have their own bathroom or shower room with adjoining toilet; the sixth has its own sink and toilet. This configuration is particularly appreciable when several families, several generations or several couples stay together: everyone maintains their privacy while sharing the same house.
Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided. A bedroom with private bathroom is located on the ground floor. Facilities for babies and young children are also available.
A private garden and many leisure activities
Le Tilleul has its own 300 m² garden, where you can have lunch, dinner, read or simply enjoy the calm of the Champagne countryside. A barbecue is at your disposal for sunny days, as well as the necessary furniture to enjoy meals and moments outside.
On the estate, you can also enjoy the private tennis court, table tennis, badminton, as well as our fitness & yoga area. Young and old alike can easily find something to do without leaving the property.
The house has private parking and a charging station for electric vehicles.
Between Reims and Épernay, in the heart of the vineyards
Le Beau Sarrazin is located in Fontaine-sur-Ay, in the Champagne countryside, 15 minutes from Epernay and 25 minutes from Reims. It is an excellent central point to discover the villages and landscapes of Champagne, visit the cellars and Champagne houses, meet winemakers or enjoy the restaurants of the region.
After a day of discovery, you will find the calm of the house, the garden and the pleasure of dining together around a large table.
A real family home
We have renovated Le Tilleul with the aim of preserving the soul of this old farmhouse and creating a warm, comfortable and welcoming house, in which several generations or families can easily live together. It is not a standardised accommodation: we want our guests to feel at home there quickly.
End-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. In winter, the house is well heated and you can enjoy the fireplace and the pleasure of a wood fire. In summer, the house remains pleasantly cool.
Le Tilleul is particularly suitable for family holidays, reunions between several generations or weekends with friends. In order to preserve the calm of the place, noisy parties and evenings are not allowed.
