The Cottage is a 2 bedroomed house, offering stunning views over the Normandy countryside.

On the ground floor there is a kitchen, seperate dining room, a wc, bathroom, double bedroom (1 x double bed) and large lounge complete with log burner and TV.

Upstairs there is the main bedroom (1 x king size bed) with a shower room en suite.

There is a large decking terrace leading from the kitchen and lounge, with a built in bbq, plus sun loungers and table and chairs. A large veranda offers shelter and there are views over the garden and swimming pool.

Paul and Dee have lived on site since 2004 and are happy to offer advice on the numerous places to visit in the local area. We are delighted to have welcomed numerous clients from all over the world, since commencing rentals in 2009. The Cottage is located in a tranquil and picturesque setting and offers the perfect relaxing base for travellers to return to, after days out exploring the stunning and varied Normandy & Brittany countryside and coastlines!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A non-refundable deposit of 200 euros per week, is payable to reserve any property. The final balance is due 2 calendar months prior to your arrival date. (Full payment is required at the time of reservation, if booking less than 2 months prior to arrival date.)

The following cancellation charges will apply:
More than 60 days prior to arrival date = loss of deposit

Between 59 and 30 days prior to arrival date = 50% of the accommodation cost or loss of deposit - whichever is the greater

Between 29 and 14 days prior to arrival date = 70% of the accommodation cost

Less than 13 days prior to arrival date = 100% of the accommodation cost

All bed linen, tea towels and bath towels are provided, free of charge. Please bring your own beach towels for using at the beach or in the garden. All electricity and water costs are included. If you use our gites during winter, then each woodburner will be supplied with one free bag of wood. Additional wood can be purchased at most supermarkets and petrol stations.
