The gravel has just been renewed in 2024. Everything is weed-free and tidy again
Drink your cup of coffee and have breakfast in the morning sun
The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a nespresso and a regular coffee machine including coffee for both machines. Also for tea lovers a wide choice of teas. Spices, baking butter, olive oil, sugar, all the basic ingredients are there.
The oven is equipped with a microwave function. The fridge has 3 freezer drawers. For a pleasant evening of gourmet, a 6-person gourmet set is ready.
In addition to the glasses, the cupboard also contains all kinds of family games and comic strips
The living room has a wood stove. Wood for the stove is completely free. There is a Netflix account available and the TV has internet so you can use your own streaming.
There are more puzzles and games in the dining room cupboard. There is a dart board for a bit of pub effect. heating by electric heater.

Master bedroom 1: lovely large double bed

our 2nd master bedroom. in winter the beds are fitted with electric under blankets. the room is heated by an electric heater.
These beds can be separated on request.

Through this window you have a view of the front garden, also parking space for La perle. In the morning the sun rises here.
I kept this wall as pure as possible by only removing the loose pieces and treating them with linseed oil. The TV has NL see and Netflix available and can of course cast via your own apps. The doors and TV cabinet have been reused from an old cupboard
Downstairs is the toilet and washing machine. The mirror comes from a thrift store and the art-deco lamp from Ghent. There is a really lovely little shop which is full of beautiful semi-antiques
The first bedroom with old beams. Here you can also enjoy a bath after a nice day. The cabinets come from the thrift store in the area. Of course, the mattress and bedding are new and all this has already been made.
The green room with shower has 2 lovely old French beds. These have been reupholstered by my mother. The kimone is a gift from my father. The beautiful glass lamp also comes from Ghent and is originally Moreno glass from Italy. Please note that the blades are hanging loose, so please do not touch the lamp
A nice hot shower with a very nice jet of water. This shower is located in the second bedroom
The old cabinet comes from the thrift store around here. Bath towels are available
A lovely seat on the side of the house.
In the morning you can sit at the back and the table with chairs is placed in such a way that you get the sun there first. The back of the house overlooks the garden and pond. There are 2 pairs of French doors. Here you come out of the living room. On the other side there are French doors from the kitchen

Sit comfortably on the terrace, sheltered and with lots of privacy.
At night the house is nicely lit.
kitchen is completely new with dishwasher, microwave, oven, large gas stove, stainless steel extractor hood, washing machine, kettle and trendy Smeg fridge with large freezer compartment.

The house is located on a quiet dead end road and yet close to the sea, fresh bakery and large supermarket (3 km),

On the private terrace you are sheltered and you have a beautiful view of the garden, from early morning to evening you have the sun.
