Inside
The ground floor is spacious and bright and has an attractive living room with a comfortable designer sofa from Roche Bobois and a smart TV. The adjoining dining space has an extendable dining table for 8 people and air conditioning with heating function. Next to it is the fully equipped and modern kitchen.
On the same floor there are two comfortable bedrooms with air conditioning. The blue bedroom has a large bed of 200 x 200 cm and a view of the pool. The green bedroom also has a 200 x 200 cm bed and overlooks the pool. Furthermore, the floor has a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms. The yellow bedroom has a 140 x 190 cm bed, a desk and a view over the valley. The white bedroom has a spacious bed of 180 x 200 cm and overlooks the pool. In addition, there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Outside
The garden is fully fenced and offers a nice place to enjoy the outdoors together. The private swimming pool of 11.5 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.8 meters forms the centerpiece of the garden and is surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas.
On the pool side is a spacious terrace with dining table, comfortable garden furniture and a plancha for long summer evenings to cook and dine outside. On the other side of the house is a second terrace with table and chairs, ideal for a cup of coffee in the morning sun.

Villa Les Arches is in an excellent location a short distance from the lively centre of Souillac, where you will find restaurants, shops and a weekly market. Just a few minutes' walk away you can reach the Dordogne River, where you can swim, canoe or walk along the water.
