Three beautiful bedrooms, one of which is very spacious with a king-size bed of 200x 210 cm. This beautiful bedroom is adjacent to a large open en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, large sink and toilet. From the bath you can look straight into nature (completely private). The other 2 bedrooms have beds of 180 x 210 cm (can also be covered as 2 x single cover) and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Both the living room and the bathrooms have underfloor heating while the bedrooms have air conditioning (heating or cooling). The house is extremely well insulated and has triple glazing throughout.
Exterior Villa Marilove
By opening the large double sliding doors (total 7mtr), the 85m2 large and partly covered terrace is added to the living room in no time, so that you can enjoy the outdoors to the maximum. On this terrace you can eat outside, sunbathe or swim in the large private swimming pool of no less than 11 x 3 meters with infinity look. Boutique Villa Marilove is located 7 km from Souillac and the Dordogne River, 30 km from Sarlat and 25 km from Rocamadour. There are large supermarkets and some clothing stores in Souillac and of course a lot of cozy terraces and restaurants. Also an idea: go for a drink or something to eat at the Golf in the evening: you don't have to take the car. You can also play tennis at the Golf for a fee and of course go golf!
