In the middle of nature, surrounded by the vineyards of Cahors, this old water mill, completely renovated in 2018, is located on more than 4 hectares of private land. The course of the stream "Ruisseau de Sainte Matré", which once supplied the water mill with water, is located as the border of the site a few meters next to the large covered outdoor kitchen.
The total is an ideal place to unwind, and a great base for excursions.

With 5 bedrooms (CH) and 4 enjoining bathrooms. The bedrooms CH 2 and CH 3 share the bathroom that is the only one that does not have its own toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with a sink with hand soap, Italian shower, and hair dryer.
In the hallway next to the entrance is a fourth toilet. All beds are of the "box spring" type, of which 4 are double beds 160 x 200, and on CH 2 there are 2 single beds 90 x 200. In Ch 1 an extra baby/child bed 60 x 120 can be placed on request. Ch 3 has a walk-in closet and baby/cot.
The 2 single beds can be placed together on request, and covered with a top mattress can be offered as a double bed of 180 x 200.

With the exception of 2 entrance doors and 2 kitchen windows, all frames are equipped with mosquito nets that, when used correctly, keep the entire house free of insects.

In the spacious living room there is a large dining room table suitable for 10 people. Also outside there are a large dining table with 10 chairs in 2 places : On the adjacent outdoor terrace, and in the covered outdoor kitchen.
The further layout of the outdoor kitchen consists of: Grill plate, countertop with sink with cold running water, Refrigerator, BBQ, electric work & mood lighting.

There is ample parking space around the house in various places, of which at least 2 spaces in the garage, where the charging point for electric cars is also located.

The TV is equipped with a Blu-ray player and Chromecast so that in addition to movies on DVD, with the login details of your own provider, TV can be watched at home, just like at home.

The pool is heated to 28°C and based on slightly salted water. The slat cover is operated with a remote control. In the house is a detailed description of all equipment and general information about the house, the region, and trips a little further away.
