Holiday home Le Roussenq-Moulin Neuf near Floressas is 205 m² in size and has various ECO facilities.

In the middle of nature, surrounded by the vineyards of Cahors, this old water mill, completely renovated in 2018, is located on more than 4 hectares of private land. The course of the stream “Ruisseau de Sainte Matré”, which once supplied the water mill with water, is the boundary of the site a few meters next to the large covered outdoor kitchen.
The whole is an ideal place to relax and a great base for excursions.

With 5 bedrooms (CH) and adjoining 4 bathrooms. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the bathroom, which is the only one without its own toilet. All bathrooms are equipped with a sink, Italian shower and hairdryer.
There is a fourth toilet in the hallway next to the entrance. All beds are of the "box spring" type, of which 4 are double beds 160 x 200, and on CH 2 there are 2 single beds 90 x 200. In Ch 1 or CH 3 a baby/children's bed 60 x 120 can be placed on request. are added.
The 2 single beds can be placed together on request and covered with a top mattress as a double bed of 180 x 200.

The spacious living room has a large dining room table suitable for 10 people. There is also a large dining table with 10 chairs outside in two places: On the adjacent outdoor terrace and in the covered outdoor kitchen.
The further equipment of the outdoor kitchen consists of: Grill plate, countertop with sink with cold running water, refrigerator, BBQ, electric work & mood lighting.

There is ample parking in various places around the house, including at least 2 places in the garage, where the charging point for electric cars is also located.

The TV is equipped with a Chromecast connection so that you can watch TV at home with the login details of your own provider, just like at home.

The pool is heated to 28°C and based on slightly salted water. The slatted cover is operated with a remote control. The house contains an extensive description of all equipment and general information about the house, the region, and trips a little further away.
