Maisange

Simply lovely, we can't recommend it enough. We were very impressed with this property from the moment we arrived and that remained our opinion until the day we left. The website photographs did not prepare us for the size of the interior of this house, the proportions are very generous. The quality of the furnishings etc. was superb and the inventory extensive and well thought out. The place was spotless and although we learned later to the contrary, we thought everything was very new. Much attention had been paid to detail and we had everything there we could possibly need for a most enjoyable two week holiday. We made much use of the table tennis table (which could be used inside or outdoors), the gorgeous swimming pool and the garden. We also enjoyed some of the lovely walks from the property. The local restaurant provided us with one of the nicest meals throughout our stay and this was a 1.5km very pleasant walk into the next village Lavacantiere. Villa Maisange is on the edge of a very small village, close to the church in the center but.... when you open your curtains in the morning the angle of the house makes you feel as if you are in the middle of nowhere, beautiful countryside views from all the windows. The property is not overlooked and this gave us the privacy we sought. Our charming hosts Jean-Pierre and Monique were discreetly available to give us help, advice and recommendations for the area, as and when we needed it.
