Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

ALL-IN RATES: (so no mandatory extra costs)

During November to March , only long-term rental of min. 28 days.
Max. € 225.00 in energy costs is included, above € 0.27 p/ kWh, deposit is € 350.
Bookings during this period are only possible in advance via messaging service.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the day of arrival: 30 % of the rent
In case of cancellation from the^42nd day (inclusive) to the^28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rent.
In case of cancellation from the^28th day (inclusive) to the day before the day of arrival: 90 % of the rent.
in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later the full rent.

LIABILITY:
The owner can never be held liable:
   a) for damage or loss caused by temporary interruption of supply by Utilities.
   b) for loss, damage or accident suffered by the client regardless of its occurrence.
   c) for loss, damage or accident caused by, for example, weather conditions, riots, war,    epidemics, strikes or any other external calamity.
   d) if the gîte is not available during the booked rental period due to external calamity, the    owner will in that case refund the rental amount already paid to the client.

Under any circumstances, the liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the rental period.

PUY L'EVÊQUE (department of the Lot, Occitanie region (formerly Midi-Pyrénéés), is in beauty the third place of the Lot and has indeed retained much of its medieval beauty. Our gite is located in the middle of the wine region of the beautiful dark red Cahors wine.

Every Wednesday evening in July and August there is a lively musical evening food market in Puy L'Evêque. (Marché gourmand)
At the various stalls you choose your dishes and drinks and eat them together with others. A nice way to make new contacts.

About half an hour's drive away there are several nice swimming lakes, which are great for the whole family.

Enjoy a delicious meal in one of the ten restaurants within walking distance.

The Padirac gorge is without a doubt the most beautiful in France and its dimensions are extraordinary: first of all, a shaft with a diameter of 35 meters and a depth of 103 meters that you have to see from above, but also from below, with a dizzying view.

Visiting Rocamadour means exploring one of the most visited places in France, after Mont Saint-Michel and the city of Carcassonne.
Here you will be welcomed in a breathtaking medieval setting, 120 meters above the Alzou Gorge .

On the cliff, the village of Rocamadour takes you back to the Middle Ages, when kings and other pilgrims followed the route to Santiago de Compostela to venerate the black virgin of Rocamadour and the tomb of Saint Amadour.
