The basic price in 2025 for your stay is in the high season 2000= and 1750,= in the late season per week in the period that we rent out our house. The arrival day and departure day is always on a Saturday. The price does not include the costs to be paid for the final cleaning of euro 125= (mandatory) which will be charged at the time of booking. You also pay a fee for  the bed linen  and towels an amount of €75,=

The bedrooms are prepared for you on arrival on the basis of the information you provided; This means that the beds are made and you have two bath towels per person. Kitchen linen is also provided. Pool towels are not provided.

Cancellation. 

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to six weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent; in case of cancellation from six weeks to the start date of the rental period 90%.

If the landlord is unable to meet his obligations due to force majeure, he will refund the payments made by the tenant to the tenant.

The tenant is liable for the damage to the rented property, including the damage to or loss of (part of) the inventory, caused during the rental period.

The tenant provides third-party liability insurance. The tenant is advised to take out cancellation insurance.

If the government (F, B, NL) imposes such travel or accommodation restrictions that travel and accommodation is not possible at the agreed time and travel and accommodation have to be cancelled for that reason, we will refund 80% of your deposits
