Inside
Inside the house is simple and spacious, Las Costes is an uncomplicated, large holiday home! The open kitchen with bar is fully equipped, including a large dining table where you can eat or play games with the whole family. Or chill together in the adjoining living room. For meals outside, a garden set with a large parasol is waiting for you. And if you don't feel like cooking yourself, the excellent restaurant Chez Chastrusse is within walking distance!
The holiday home consists of two floors with a total of four bedrooms, one bedroom with a large double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 more large bedrooms all with two single beds, two of which are air-conditioned (one bedroom can be covered as a double bed on request). Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and toilet and downstairs a beautiful new bathroom with shower with separate toilet.
Outside
The large, gently sloping garden with lawn invites you to relax, either in the sun or in the shade under one of the beautiful old trees, while the children enjoy themselves in the lovely large private swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters.
Environment
The surroundings of this holiday home are also really beautiful! It is ideally located in the Périgord Noir, with the city of Sarlat as its shining centerpiece. The many sights and tourist attractions in this area are close by and well worth a visit, such as the Caves of Lascaux, Château de Castelnaud, Le Village du Bournat and the famous Jardins et Château de Marqueyssac. Less than 8 km away is the picturesque town of Souillac. Ideal for swimming or canoeing is the Dordogne river
