This state-of-the-art villa can be found in the wooded area of the Lot in South West France, in a location that offers guests complete privacy . Perfect for couples or families, this exceptional home makes an eye-catching statement. With its organic aesthetic, the house is a wooden modern villa cocooned in nature. The gray building you see on the left side of the house is the barn belonging to the house (not in use).

Inside
The interior is bright and spacious, with tall glass windows and sleek wooden panels. In the living room you will find furniture of exclusive design. The open kitchen is completely handmade by the owner who also designed the house himself. All rooms have a connection to nature, starting with the living room from where you have a view of the pool and the vast hills. The large space is connected to the bedrooms, kitchen and dining area as well as the open terrace and the beautifully landscaped garden. There are three spacious bedrooms (all three air-conditioned) and the master bedroom with expansive views of the hills is sumptuously large, in addition to having its own en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a very nice, large separate bathroom.

Outside
The nice terrace and the private swimming pool are wonderful places to enjoy the sun and the outdoors.

Environment
The best way to enjoy the villa is with nature activities in and around the area. The Quercy National Park is nearby, where you can hike or cycle along the cliffs and plateaus, and kayak or canoe in the Dordogne river. The town of Gourdon is a short drive from the property, where you can experience the rich history of this beautiful region.
