With four bedrooms and five bathrooms, it is a very comfortable house. The house exudes the authentic French atmosphere – and with a spa annex with its own jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool and large children's play area, you have everything within reach for an unforgettable holiday in France!
Upon arrival, you immediately notice the beautiful stone façade with large open windows, which flood the house with natural light. Inside, you will enjoy a warm and tasteful interior, in which original elements such as wooden floors and beams blend perfectly with modern comfort.
Layout and facilities
La Maison Fleurette has two spacious floors:
Upper floor: a generous living room/kitchen of 60 m² with beautiful views of the garden, the private pool and the surrounding countryside. Relax in the comfortable seating area by the TV or play a game of table football. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine. You will also find a first luxurious en-suite bedroom with double bed, private sitting area and a private bathroom.
Lower floor: three bright double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two rooms have direct access to a private terrace, the third opens to the garden.
Each floor has a separate toilet, and of course there is free WiFi available.
Outside
The large enclosed garden is a true paradise, especially for families with children. There are various playground equipment, a trampoline and plenty of space to romp around 10m from the house in the playground has been specially built for the kids. Adults can enjoy the peace and quiet on the sun terrace, or relax in the jacuzzi or sauna – even outside the summer season!
Recreation and surroundings
The holiday home is ideally located between the river valleys of the Lot and the Dordogne. You can easily visit some of the most beautiful villages in France such as Domme (20 km), La Roque-Gageac (24 km), Sarlat (30 km) and Rocamadour (40 km). Nature lovers and culture lovers will also find their perfect holiday here.
What is special about this house: the owners offer you the opportunity to come and taste the wines and delicacies of the region with them. In this way you will learn from the specialists themselves what is really tasty... To further relax, massages can be arranged through the owners.
