Petit Paradis is a charming, characteristic, well-restored house for 10 people with a fenced private swimming pool (not yet visible in the photos, completed in 2012), located in a quiet area, near the beautiful town of Lamothe Fenelon, not far from Sarlat and Souillac. The owner spent 15 years restoring it and incorporated stones in the house and around the pool, which he collected from the Dordogne river! The living room with fireplace has satellite TV, telephone, DVD and a stereo player. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a separate dining room. You will be greeted with a welcome package with products from the region!
Bedrooms/bathrooms:
Of the 4 bedrooms, one is very large, with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. Then there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a fourth bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. There is a second sofa bed/sofa bed and a cot. There are 2 bathrooms in total.
Outside:
The super private swimming pool of 5 by 11 meters has only natural cleaning agents in the water to protect the eyes and skin (no chlorine). The partially enclosed garden on the south-west has a beautiful view. There is a large dining terrace, ample garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, a courtyard where the children can play and a parking space.
Environment:
Shops and restaurants in Payrac 3 km away. Centrally located places such as Gordon, 8 kilometers away or Sarlat, 25 kilometers away, show all the sights of the Dordogne and the Lot. Be sure to visit; Rocamadour, Padirac, the caves of Lacave, Souillac, Sarlat, Domme, Collonges-La-Rouge, Turenne, the castle of Beynac and the famous cave of Lascaux. The Dordogne river is 7 kilometers away.
Activities:
You can play golf, tennis, fishing, horse riding, swimming, water sports, walking and mountain biking in the area.
