Nestled in a green setting in Floressas, Les Jardins de Lumière offers two charming cottages completely renovated: Alba and Lunada. Rented separately for a stay in privacy, or together to accommodate up to 8 people, they offer the ideal configuration for your holiday.

🌳 The Estate: one hectare of reconnection with nature

The true heart of the Gardens of Light beats outside. The cottages open onto a vast wooded park of one hectare, a real haven of biodiversity and tranquility:

Havens of peace: The garden is landscaped with small intimate alcoves, ideal for reading, recharging your batteries or simply settling down to listen to the birds singing.

Absolute relaxation: Hammocks and deckchairs are placed under the trees for your naps in the shade or sunbathing.

Conviviality: In addition to the terraces, a dedicated barbecue area awaits you for large shared barbecues in the open air.

📐 Two spaces, total flexibility

The Lunada Cottage (~50m² — Ideal for 2 to 3 people): A warm atmosphere with a bedroom (queen size bed 160) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.

The Gîte Alba (~70m² — Ideal for 4 to 5 people): A generous space with two bedrooms (one with a 160 bed, the other with two 90 beds) and a sofa bed.

The "Together but independent" concept: Each cottage has its own entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with its own barbecue. It's the perfect formula for two families, a group of friends or an intergenerational reunion: share large festive meals in the evening, while preserving the intimacy and rhythm of each one on a daily basis.

Facilities: A shared laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is at your disposal.

Soft mobility: Electric bikes are available on site to explore the beautiful Lot valley at your own pace.

The Gardens of Light are the ideal gateway to discover the treasures of Quercy:

Terroir & Vineyard Side: Pedal through the vineyards of Malbec and push the door of the local winemakers to taste the legendary Cahors wine. Don't miss the superb market in Prayssac on Friday mornings to stock up on foie gras, Rocamadour cheese, truffles and local honey.

Nature & Rejuvenation: Many marked hiking trails wind through the oak groves. A swimming spot in the river awaits you only 7 minutes away by car, as well as canoe courses: We make our two electric bikes and our inflatable canoe available.

On the heritage side: Stroll through the medieval village of Puy-l'Évêque just a few minutes away, or discover the unmissable Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, perched above the Lot.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Prices: 

Overnight stay: 210 euros (2 nights minimum)

Week: 1400 euros

Cleaning, bedding and towels: 90 euros/stay

Tourist taxes in addition: 1.37 euros/ pers/day

Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, the tenant cannot, is unwilling or unwilling to accept the rented property on the agreed date, the tenant must inform the landlord immediately. A telephone notification must always be confirmed in writing or by e-mail to the owner.

If the renter cancels the contract within the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he remains liable for 30% of the rental price; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks, 40% and from 2 weeks until the start date of the rental period, 50%.

If the tenant only informs on the start day or during the rental period that he does not wish to use the rented property, he remains liable for the total amount of the rental.
