My name is Peter Van Staeyen. I was born in Pulderbos in the Antwerp Kempen. Today I would like to invite you to rent a gite 2 in Le Roc, there are several good reasons for it, Quiet and picturesque surroundings, charming accommodation, the area offers numerous opportunities for outdoor activities, local culture and gastronomy in close proximity.
I provide a warm welcome and wish you a pleasant stay.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

A deposit of 50% of the total rent is due upon reservation. The remainder of the rent must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the gîte is occupied. If the rental period starts within 6 weeks, the full rent must be paid.

The booking is final when the first deposit has been made.

Up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant can cancel his reservation in case of urgent need, the deposit will then serve us to cover the costs.
In case of later cancellation, no refund will be made, however, if another tenant is found for the rental period in question, the rental price will be refunded -5% costs.
It is wise to take out cancellation insurance.
