We would like to welcome you to our charming Gîte Le Chêne.
The gîte is fully equipped and has its own kitchen, bathroom and toilet, a comfortable double bed and free Wi-Fi. This way you can enjoy all the privacy and comfort during your stay.
You can relax by the pool, use the outdoor shower or enjoy our spacious garden, surrounded by nature.
Our accommodation is located in the charming village of Bélaye, in the Lot department – a beautiful region in southwestern France that is guaranteed to make you fall in love. Since 2019 we have enjoyed living here and enjoy the peace, space and beautiful nature every day. We like to share that special place with our guests.
Our domain covers no less than 37 hectares, of which 30 hectares are forest and 7 hectares are grassland. There are miles of hiking trails through the forest, so you can take beautiful walks directly from the gîte and completely unwind.
Alpacas, chickens, cats and our friendly dog also live on our property. They provide a cozy, rural atmosphere and make your stay extra special.
Take a refreshing dip in the pool or relax on the terrace while enjoying panoramic views over the rolling French countryside. Here you wake up to the song of the birds and experience the peace and quiet that so many people are looking for.
Whether you come for walking, cycling, exploring the area or simply relaxing, Gîte Le Chêne is the ideal place to recharge your batteries.
The area has a lot to offer. Discover the beautiful nature, atmospheric historic villages and beautiful bastides. Take a nice car ride, walk or cycle through the varied landscape and enjoy the many cozy restaurants and terraces along the way.
Visit one of the lively weekly markets in Prayssac, Montcuq, Puy-l'Évêque or Cahors, where you can taste local products and the authentic French atmosphere. The impressive Château de Bonaguil is also definitely worth a visit.
In addition, you will find several wineries in the area where you can taste and buy the famous wines of the region. A trip to the Dordogne should also not be missed, with its impressive caves and other special sights.
