We would like to welcome you to our Gîte Le Chêne.

Our Gîte has its own sanitary facilities, toilet, bathroom, kitchen, and a double bed, wifi.

You can use the swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a lovely garden in the middle of nature.

Our accommodation is located in Bélaye in the Lot department. A beautiful part of France to fall in love with.

Beautiful nature, old and historic villages. You can enjoy walking, cycling or touring around by car. Beautiful landscapes and atmospheric bastides and cozy restaurants. There are also beautiful cozy markets in the area to name but a few Prayssac, Montcuq, Puy L'Eveque, Cahors. In the area is a beautiful Château De Bonaguil

Nearby there are several wine caves, where you can taste and buy the delicious wine.
In the Dordogne there are several caves to visit;

We have been living in France since 2019, we love the peace and nature and live in the middle of the forest where we can take wonderful walks.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We have a deposit of 150 euros and must be paid on the day of arrival. On departure you will receive the deposit back if there is no damage during your stay.
Pets are not allowed.
Gite Le Chêne is only for adults only (adults only) over 18 years old.

Arrival / Departure dateIn high season, the arrival days are only on Saturdays if in consultation with the landlord. Outside the high season there are no fixed arrivals or departures. You can book for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 30 days. On the day of arrival you are welcome from 14:00. On the day of departure, we would like to receive the key before 10:00 am. Cancellation policyThe landlord charges the following amounts.

Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days to 42 days before the start of the rental period, payment of 30% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 42 days to 28 days before the start of the rental period, payment of 50% of the rental price.
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days before the start of the rental period: payment of 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
