Gite "Nissou" of 45 m2 is located next to the house and has its own terrace and private entrance. The room is heated or cooled with air conditioning. On the ground floor there are 2 single beds (80 x 200) separately or together, a dining table, a sofa and an open kitchen. The bathroom is located in a separate room with a separate toilet. On the attic floor with fixed stairs there are 2 single beds (90 x 200). A washing machine is available for guests. We rent the gite including bed linen. You can rent 2 bicycles from us.
The use of the air conditioning is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.

On Micazu since February 2018
We, Kees and Marjo bought this beautiful house in 2017; you are comfortable on holiday with Dutch people. One of the previous owners was a Bask. In the Basque country, BAKENIA means a place where life is good, people are hospitable and you feel good. Well a name that covers the cargo. Department 47, Lot et Garonne is a beautiful area, with a subtropical climate, slightly hilly and therefore ideal for beautiful cycling and walking tours.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
- Bring your own: bath towels, beach towels and washcloths.
- We rent out the gites including made beds
- If canceled up to 2 months before arrival, we will refund the entire down payment. Up to 1 month in advance, half of the down payment. Up to 2 weeks in advance, we will not refund the down payment.
- Dogs are not allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the gites.
- The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier.
- We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance yourself.
