La Bakenia gite T1 'JOINI'

Gite "Joini" of 35 m2 is located separately and has a private terrace and private entrance. The room is heated with electric radiators. On the ground floor there is a double bed (140 x 190), a dining table and a sofa. The kitchen is in a separate room, as is the shower with separate toilet. On the mezzanine there is a small double bed (120 x 190). We rent the gite including bed linen. Gite Joini is less suitable for small children because of the mezzanine! A washing machine is available to guests. You can rent 2 bicycles from us. The TV has an HDMI/USB port, receives Dutch channels and you can watch Netflix, Prime Video and Disney Plus with your own subscription.

We, Kees and Marjo bought this beautiful house in 2017; you are comfortable on holiday with Dutch people. One of the previous owners was a Bask. In the Basque country, BAKENIA means a place where life is good, people are hospitable and you feel good. Well a name that covers the cargo. Department 47, Lot et Garonne is a beautiful area, with a subtropical climate, slightly hilly and therefore ideal for beautiful cycling and walking tours.

Explanation of prices

  1. Bring your own: bath towels, beach towels and washcloths.
  2. We rent out the gites including made beds
  3. If canceled up to 2 months before arrival, we will refund the entire down payment. Up to 1 month in advance, half of the down payment. Up to 2 weeks in advance, we will not refund the down payment.
  4. Dogs are not allowed.
  5. Smoking is not allowed in the gites.
  6. The accommodation costs are due for the entire reserved period, even if you arrive later or leave earlier.
  7. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance yourself.
